The crew onboard ADV Cape Fourcroy is setting sail with their own version of Bravery Trek. They’ll be completing 3850km the Tour De France, using 2 stationary exercise bikes onboard the vessel.
This is a whole crew event with the aim to complete the 19 stages of the Tour de France (3580km) by the end of deployment… a huge task of 90km a day!
All proceeds will be donated to Bravery Trust, to assist fellow service men & women past, present & future, with the aim to give back as much as possible to those who have already given everything.
