Coles Anzac biscuits are being transformed into creative recipes including golden syrup pancakes and ice cream sandwiches. Between now and 28 April, 40 cents from every 12-pack of Coles Anzac biscuits sold supports Bravery Trust, which assists veterans. Michael Weldon demonstrates how to make golden syrup-infused pancakes topped with crushed Anzac biscuits and ice cream sandwiches using the classic biscuits with various fillings like jam and caramel sauce.
